There are many names for what cannot truly be named.
In the Tao Te Ching, it is called the Tao—
the way beneath all ways, the origin that gives rise to everything.
Other traditions speak of it differently.
Some call it God.
Some call it Source.
Some simply sit in silence and feel it.
Names change.
The experience does not.
When I stand in practice—slow movement, steady breath—
there are moments where thought quiets.
Nothing needs to be explained.
There is no separation in that moment.
No label.
No belief system.
Just presence.
It doesn’t ask what you follow.
It doesn’t divide.
It doesn’t argue.
It simply is.
Return to the moment.
Over time, we learn many ideas about life.
Some are helpful.
Some create distance.
But beneath all of that, something remains untouched.
You don’t have to chase it.
You don’t have to define it.
You return to it
every time you slow down enough to notice.
In movement.
In breath.
In stillness.
This is where practice begins.
And where it continues.
